We’re thrilled to have you here!

Before this was a brand, it was something I started doing for the people I love. I began bringing prompt cards to friends’ birthdays, dinners, and gatherings.

Sitting around a table during a friend’s 40th birthday celebrations, hearing raw stories, genuine feelings, and heartfelt well wishes was so moving — a reminder that the right words can stay with someone forever.

I come from a family where openness is encouraged. My sister works in mental health, and I’ve always had a deep interest in psychology, therapy, and helping others. We are living through a mental health crisis, with suicide remaining the leading cause of death for men under 50 in the UK.

It has never been more important to create space for vulnerability, honesty, and connection. I’m also a mum to three-year-old twin boys, and we have the privilege of raising them to cry, to talk, to feel — to be fully human. To love openly and unapologetically.

Whilst I’ve Got You is an invitation to pause, gather words from the people who matter most, and keep them — not just for today, but for years to come.
